Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Check all parts for shipping damage, proper fitment, thread quality, and overall condition before painting, welding, or installing.

Products that have been painted, welded, modified, installed, or attempted to be installed are not eligible for return.

Unused and uninstalled items may be returned within 15 days of delivery and are subject to a 10–30% restocking fee. Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please include your order or invoice number with your return and clearly mark it on the outside of the package. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase (before shipment) will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee.

Liability

Reckless Machining is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products. Installation of aftermarket parts is performed at the customer's own risk, and we recommend using proper tools and installation procedures.
